Service Area · Massachusetts
Greater Boston, from the north side.
Central and Eastern Massachusetts: the Merrimack Valley, the North Shore, MetroWest, and the Worcester area.
We come down from the New Hampshire line, which puts the northern suburbs inside an easy morning and MetroWest well within reach by mid-day. Massachusetts listings move fast and they move against each other, so the brief here is usually speed plus polish: shoot it today, have it on the MLS tomorrow, and make sure it is the photo set that stops the scroll in a crowded search.

Where we shoot
Greater Boston north. Then west.
Since 2024 we have mapped 198 shoots across 59 towns inside our Massachusetts service area. These four pockets are where almost all of them land.
The Merrimack Valley
Our busiest corner of the state, and the one closest to the office.
Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, Lowell, Dracut, Amesbury, Merrimac, Newburyport, and Groveland
The North Shore
Coastal stock and dense downtowns, often on the same afternoon.
Salem, Lynn, Peabody, Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Ipswich, Saugus, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Topsfield
MetroWest and inside 128
The suburbs where a listing competes with twenty others the same weekend.
Framingham, Marlborough, Sudbury, Ashland, Needham, Newton, Lexington, Concord, Watertown, and Woburn
North of Worcester
The Route 2 towns, where acreage starts to outrank square footage.
Fitchburg, Lunenburg, Lancaster, Clinton, Ashby, Pepperell, and Westford

Massachusetts work
Four Massachusetts shoots. Four different buyers.
A modern build in Needham, a colonial in Newbury, and two downtown multi-family sets in Danvers and Lowell. Different buyers, same standard.
The map
Dense where the market is.
The Massachusetts half of our coverage map. Pins begin in 2024, when we started recording shoot locations.
What you can book
Same menu. Same deadline.
Everything we offer is bookable at a Massachusetts address, on the same next-day clock as a shoot ten minutes from the office.
Commercial property in the Commonwealth? We shoot business and brand locations and architectural and design projects on the same terms.
Questions
What agents down here ask.
The four that come up most on a first call from Massachusetts.
Do you cover Worcester and MetroWest?
MetroWest yes, regularly: Framingham, Marlborough, Sudbury, Ashland and the towns around them. West of there we work the Route 2 corridor north of Worcester, places like Fitchburg, Lancaster and Clinton. If you are south of Boston or out past Worcester, ask before you book and we will tell you straight.
You are based in New Hampshire. Does that cost me more?
No. Travel, fuel and parking are already inside the prices on the booking portal, so a Haverhill shoot and a Litchfield shoot are priced the same. Crossing the state line is our problem, not a line on your invoice.
Can I still get next-day delivery in Massachusetts?
Yes. Everything we shoot is edited overnight and lands by 5 PM the next day, wherever in the service area it was shot. There is no separate clock for out-of-state work.
Do you shoot city condos as well as suburban houses?
Both, often in the same week. Lynn, Salem, Lowell and Chelsea are among our busiest Massachusetts towns, and tight interiors are a lighting problem we solve rather than a reason to decline.
Crossing the state line costs you nothing. Travel is in the price.
