Skyline is always looking for people with a creative eye. Photographer only? No problem. Photo and video both? Even better. We care less about the exact shape of your skill set and more about how you see — clean compositions, good light, and the instinct to make an ordinary room look like the reason someone books a showing.

What we won't compromise on is the team part. We move fast, cover for each other, and hold every shoot to the same standard no matter who's behind the camera. Photographers and videographers for in-the-field work — on location at properties across the region, not behind a desk. Ideally based in northern or central Massachusetts, or the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Requirements

What it takes.

A year or more on a handheld gimbal, and steady with it
Two to three years shooting professionally — on staff or freelance, both count
Two years-plus in front of clients: inside someone's home you are the whole company
A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle — you'll be driving to properties daily
A filing system you actually keep, and fluency in Google Workspace
High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus

Extra credit.

A year of listings already behind you
A current FAA Part 107 — you'd be flying from the first week
Sony mirrorless muscle memory
You already cut in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or the Adobe suite
Anything beyond available light: flash, studio strobes, portraits, personal branding
Time spent around real estate, marketing, or sales

Physical

The day-to-day.

On your feet for most of a shoot day
Cases and stands up to 50 lbs, in and out of the car all day
Hours of camera work your arms and wrists will feel
Windshield time — the properties are spread across the region
