How Much Does Real Estate Photography Cost in NH, MA & ME? (2026 Guide)

In New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, professional real estate photography in 2026 generally runs between $150 and $400 for photos alone, depending on the size of the home and who is behind the camera. Add video, drone, floor plans or twilight photos and a full listing media package typically lands between $400 and $800. Luxury listings with long form video and full marketing packages can go beyond that.

That's the market. Now here's how to think about it.

What actually determines the price

Four things move the number more than anything else.

Square footage. A 1,200 square foot ranch and a 5,500 square foot colonial are different jobs. More rooms, more angles, more editing time. Most companies price in tiers by size, and so do we.

What's included. Photos only is the floor. Video, aerial drone coverage, floor plans, 3D tours, twilight shots and social media clips each add cost, but bundled together they cost far less than ordering them one at a time. If you plan to market the listing properly, bundles are where the value is.

Turnaround time. Fast delivery is not standard everywhere. Some photographers deliver in 48 to 72 hours. Ours is next day by 5 PM, every order, no rush fee. If a photographer charges extra to get you photos before the weekend, that's part of the real price.

Editing quality. Two photographers can shoot the same house and deliver photos that look like different properties. Consistent color, straight lines, real looking skies and windows you can see through are editing decisions, and editing is where cheap shoots fall apart.

What a listing shoot should include

At minimum, a professional listing package should come with more than a folder of JPEGs. Ask about:

• Full HDR photography, interior and exterior
• Delivery in both MLS sizing and full resolution
• A property website you can share
• Clear licensing so you can use the media everywhere you market
