Scheduling

Bookings are made online at portal.skylinemedia.pro or by contacting us by phone or email.

Skyline Media reserves the right to modify or relocate appointments for logistical reasons, with proper notice by phone, text, and email.

Travel & Parking

Travel and parking are included in our pricing. No mileage or parking fees, ever.

Payments

Review your media before you pay — watermarked photos are viewable in your dashboard, and watermarks are removed automatically upon payment.

The booking client is responsible for payment regardless of any arrangements with sellers or third parties.

Invoices unpaid 30 days after order completion incur a 20% late fee. Continued non-payment may result in additional penalties or suspension of services until the balance is settled.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Listings move fast and plans change — that's real estate.

• More than 24 hours before your appointment: Reschedule or cancel free, anytime, right in the portal.
• Within 24 hours: Rescheduling requires contacting the office. A $99 late-reschedule fee applies.
• Same-day changes: A $199 fee applies. "Same-day" means any change made on or after 12:00 AM on the appointment date.
• Property not ready on arrival: Treated as a same-day change — the $199 fee applies.
• No-shows: If our photographer cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the appointment time, it's treated as a same-day change and the $199 fee applies.

Fees are added to your account and included with your next booking invoice. They compensate the photographer whose reserved time could not be refilled.

Weather changes are always free. If rain or wind prevents the shoot (drone grounded, exteriors not possible), we'll notify you and reschedule at no charge.

Property Readiness

The property should be shoot-ready on arrival. Our team may make minor adjustments at their discretion, but we do not move, clean, or alter furniture or belongings. Properties are photographed as-is — see our Pre-Shoot Checklist to prepare.

Clients are responsible for ensuring occupants, pets, and personal items they don't want photographed are out of frame. Skyline Media is not responsible for reshoots or edits to remove people or belongings visible during the shoot.

If a return visit is required because the property was not ready, a $149 return charge applies.

Order Accuracy

Please provide accurate property details at booking. If information is materially inaccurate (e.g., a 3,000 sq ft home booked as 2,000 sq ft), we may correct the order and adjust pricing accordingly.

Delivery

Most media is delivered next day by 5pm. 3D renders and select virtual services may take up to 48 hours.

Media Accuracy

All media is produced for marketing purposes and may use wide-angle lenses, aerial perspectives, and editing techniques. It is not a representation of exact property condition or dimensions.

Virtually staged images are provided for marketing only; the client is responsible for disclosing virtual staging as required by MLS rules and applicable regulations.

Revisions

Every order is backed by our Triple R Guarantee — Retouch, Reshoot, or Refund. If something isn't right on our end, we'll make it right at no charge.

Revisions beyond the original order scope (added Photoshop work, new creative direction after delivery, changes unrelated to quality) are quoted & billed separately.

Refunds

All sales are final. Canceled appointments that have been paid are eligible for credit toward your next appointment, less any applicable fees from the Rescheduling & Cancellations section.

Floor Plans

Floor plans are artistic sketches with approximate measurements produced using third-party tools; exact square footage is not guaranteed. Use them as a layout overview, not a measuring tool.

A large-order processing fee applies for each additional 2,500 sq ft above 5,000 sq ft of total scanned area (including decks, patios, pools, driveways, and basements): $25 for 2D products, $60 for 3D & CAD products.

Liability & Insurance

Skyline Media carries $2M in general liability coverage, available on request. All drone operations are conducted by FAA-licensed Part 107 pilots.

Our team members may decline or postpone work they deem unsafe due to weather, airspace, or site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Asset Rights & License

All media is the copyright of Skyline Media, LLC.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media to market the property, your listings, your brokerage, and your business — valid indefinitely on your own websites.

This license is granted to the booking client only. If a listing changes agents, subsequent listing agents must license the media separately from Skyline Media.

You may authorize third-party sites (MLS, listing portals) to display the media while the listing is actively for sale; that authorization expires when the listing sells or the listing agreement ends.

Sale, licensing, modification, or transfer of the media to any other party requires written consent from Skyline Media.

Skyline Media retains the right to use all media for portfolio, promotional, and editorial purposes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyline Media, LLC and its officers, members, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or from negligent or intentional acts by you, the property owner, or your invitees.
