PRE SHOOT CHECKLIST

Skyline Media has meticulously devised the following pre-shoot checklist exclusively for real estate agents. The aim is to minimize the time our team spends on cleaning tasks and maximize their focus behind the camera.

It is crucial for both you and your client to ensure the completion of the following tasks ahead of our arrival. The distinction between a prepared and unprepared home holds significant weight, potentially influencing the quality of the marketing materials we provide. This is in your best interest!

While not all items on the checklist may be applicable to every house, the details are crucial, as many of the listed requests are easily overlooked in the midst of preparations.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth appointment for all parties involved. In general, clean and staged homes tend to sell faster than cluttered ones, as potential buyers can mentally envision the property without the distraction of a seller's belongings. We are dedicated to delivering premium quality, and your cooperation is instrumental in setting the stage for a well-executed shoot.
